We are not a collection agency. Your participation in the Debt Management Program is voluntary. It is your responsibility to notify us if you cannot make your payment. If you are not making your payments, we will contact you to see if there is a problem we can help you with. We will not continue to call. We re required to close your program if your payments are not made as agreed.

Can I pay extra?

We encourage you the make more than your minimum payment if you can. We will gladly accept extra payments at any time. Making extra payments will lower the cost and time of your program.

Your creditors may continue to call you until they receive your first payment. tell them you have enrolled in our program, give them your client number, our telephone number and ask them to contact us, or if you wish, we can call them on your behalf. Please ask them for their name, phone number and the account number so we can contact them.

If a creditor contacts you after your program has been going for a few months, do not discuss your account or negotiate with them. Ask them to call us; we will handle all calls on your behalf.

I'm still getting bills from my creditor!

You may continue to receive statements from your creditors once you enroll in the program. Some creditors will continue to send you monthly statements. If they do, check to make sure that your payment has been recorded and if there are any charges, other than interest, being added to your account. If a payment has not been recorded or you see that there are charges being added to your account please contact us and we will contact your creditor for you.
