Equifax Credit Report

This is what you need to get a free copy of your credit report once a year:

  1. Download this form and fill it out
  2. Skip the part about paying $9.99, that's for your credit score (which you don't really need)
  3. Photocopy 2 pieces of government ID and mail them PLUS the form to the address listed
  4. In 7-10 business days you will get back a copy of your report in the mail

Transunion Credit Report

You will also need to get a copy of your Transunion Credit Disclosure:
